For Brokers

Access consumer projects matching your service area
Create personalized video presentations for potential clients
Receive notifications when consumers select you
Get access to consumer contact information after matching

User Responsibilities

Consumer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete project information
Communicate respectfully with all brokers
Respond to broker communications in a timely manner
Engage in good faith throughout the process

Broker Responsibilities

Maintain professional conduct and ethical standards
Create high-quality, relevant video presentations
Maintain valid real estate licensing and certifications
Protect consumer information and maintain confidentiality
Comply with all payment terms and subscription requirements

Broker Relationship

Independent Contractors

All brokers on our platform are independent contractors and customers of our service. They are not employees or agents of Mon Courtier Parfait.

We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any broker services. All transactions are between consumers and brokers directly.

Any real estate transactions, agreements, or disputes are solely between consumers and brokers. Mon Courtier Parfait is not a party to these relationships.

Payment and Fees

Consumer Fees

Our platform is completely free for consumers. You will never be charged any fees for using our matching and communication services.

Broker Fees

Brokers pay subscription fees to access our platform and consumer projects
All broker fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule
Refunds are subject to our broker subscription agreement terms

Intellectual Property

Mon Courtier Parfait owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks.

Users retain ownership of content they create (project descriptions, videos, messages) but grant us license to use it for platform operations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for its intended purposes.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mon Courtier Parfait shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your dashboard settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to your prior use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
